We have been hanging out and doing some Driveway camping with our very old (not age) friends Don and Sue. Lots of fun and a great catch up. 😀
We learned a lot about the local area as we travelled around with Don and Sue. Some of the history of this part of Ontario is incredible. Some of it very exciting and some of it very sad like the decline of a lot of these small towns as progress moved on. Some of the natural beauty was very cool.
We had a chance to visit Red Rock and Ouimet Canyon, which was stunning and of course we hung out played guitar talked to The Cats and Gertie 😀
Very cool things to look at in Black Bay which is part of Lake Superior. These are abandoned ships are from those days of my large scale fishing. We departed and headed to Kakabeka Falls and Don Sue and Gurtie joined us.
Great evening there and we have landed ourselves in Ignace and Davy Lake Campground. Next Stop Kenora
Cheers 😁

Such a beautiful area. I was there last year when I hiked the Lake Superior Coastal trail
