Edmonton Pt 1 and The Mountains

We arrived in Edmonton, actually Stoney Plain, and it’s a very nice place we are quite pleased with this campground and the new people we met. 🤠

The first night we were here we had a visit from Garry and Diane and it was a lovely evening and a great way to catch up

The next day we got up and we headed to The Mall of all places. The West Edmonton Mall is a unbelievable facility and naturally has a Simplex fire alarm system 😀

We walked around. We checked a bunch of stuff out. We watched Hockey, We saw a Sea Lion, We saw children on rides, We saw people driving Race Cars. We saw people inside Waterfield Massage Pods and we saw people playing in The Wave Pool. We had a poutine and we didn’t buy anything. 🤓

We then had a nice reunion the next day again with our friends, Garry and Diane who we’ve known for a long time and we had a lovely lunch in a place called St Albert. We then learned a little bit about driving around Greater Edmonton and how easy it is and how logically it’s set up.

The next day we had lunch with our old friend Marcus Lester and that was an amazing reunion. He’s the son of my best friend from the 80s Marc Lester. His Guitar is the one that travels with me on this adventure.

We are getting our shit together to go to the mountains, which is a trip to Jasper and that’ll be the next entry so thanks for following 😀
